Katie & Kevin

Silence filled the room. The groom stood up and walked to his brother offering a supportive embrace. The simple gesture showing the strength and depth of their friendship.

Moments like this were seen everywhere the day Katie & Kevin said “I do”.

A single tear followed by a light smile.

A gaze across the dance floor as the other danced with their parent.

A hand being held during the remembrance of those who couldn’t join.

A private moment before the bus came to pick up everyone.

Katie & Kevin wove genuine moments like this from the morning until late evening. Reminding us how a little moment can become a permanent memory in our minds & hearts.

Katie & her girls got ready at her childhood home. Surrounded by baby pictures, old family photos, and the giggles of the next generation playing on the floor.

Katie had a strapless wildflower gown complete with wildflower veil while each of her girls completed the theme with a soft wildflower pink. Flowers, created by the Groom’s mother, completed the vibe. It was a beautiful, wind blowing through the wildflowers kind of summer day. The kind of day where you want to end with your best friends sitting on a porch drinking ice tea…chatting about life.

Spoiler alert, Katie did just that! The ceremony took place at the families church while the reception occurred at Linwood Country Club. A perfect back patio to sip some drinks, look out over the bay, chat with your besties, and let time slip away.

Kevin also got ready with his gentlemen at his childhood home. Surrounded by more family photos both new and old. Surrounded by those are still are and those who looked down from above.

The day was spent honoring family, faith, and fellowship. After the traditional ceremony the couple danced the night away, thanks to JB Pro services. Everyone brought together by two people, celebrating like they were all one family from the beginning.

Katie & Kevin, thank you for letting me celebrate you both. Thank you for living in the moment and trusting my team to capture your day. That’s the whole point, live in the moment with your people. Celebrating your first adventure together as husband and wife. Continue to savor each of the little moments and celebrating like each moment is a gift to be cherished.

Congrats! Go have the best adventure together,

Steph
